e-News 01/2020

Via Hansa & Borealis has quite a number of low season products and our winter programs are more successful than ever. The city break programs of BALTICVISION had a record number of participants for Christmas market programs and New Years’ celebrations in Stockholm, Riga, Tallinn, St. Petersburg and Warsaw. Especially the city breaks in St. Petersburg are more popular this winter due to the new regulations of e-visa to St. Petersburg. From 01.10.2019 it is possible to visit St. Petersburg with e-visa for 53 nationalities, including all nationalities of the EU and the guests can apply for e-visa free of charge at web-site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We have still some more seats left for the upcoming departures in February and March. The new Murmansk Winter Adventures have also some few free seats left, so do not miss the chance to see the Nordic Lights and experience a real winter adventure!
Last but not least the arctic winter programs of the WORLD OF BOREALIS brand are constantly gaining popularity and participant numbers are growing year on year. Several groups were operated during the holiday season. One such group began their journey in Stockholm and continued up north to experience the world famous Jukkasjarvi Ice Hotel and the picturesque ArcticTrain ride from Riksgränsen to Narvik.  Their adventures were ranging from visits to old fishing villages, a magic ice bar, dog sledding, snow mobile safari and city tours. New Year’s Eve featured a Northern Lights Chase with natural wonders and surprise bubbles. If you wish to know more or make some new bookings, please contact Via Hansa & Borealis FIT department in Riga and the team of the World of Borealis in Copenhagen.
