DENMARK LIFTING ALL COVID-19 TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

Denmark has recently become the example of how a successful Covid-19 vaccination program is the path back to normality. Most of the population is now vaccinated and the Danish authorities have gradually over the last months lifted all restrictions on social life in Denmark. Hotels, restaurants, bars, museums, shops, malls and public transportation etc. are working normally and accessible to all. There is no control, no requirement for wearing masks, only people are recommended still to keep social distance in crowded places and maintain proper hand hygiene. By October 25th Denmark is finally lifting all travel restrictions for all travelers who are either vaccinated by an approved vaccine or recovered from Covid-19, and they can now travel freely in and out of the country. However, the situation is closely monitored by the health authorities and a contingency plan will remain in place.

Via Hansa & Borealis is looking forward to welcoming guests back to Denmark and has already over the summer and in the autumn been serving many tourist and MICE groups. Denmark and Copenhagen have quickly become an attractive MICE destination as the epidemiological situation allows guests to move freely without restrictions and masks and engage in various meetings, activities and parties.
